The photography industry has changed dramatically over the years. At one time, negatives, proof sheets, and prints were how clients received their images. Now, clients receive their photos via Flash Drives and Cloud Services like Dropbox.

Because the photography landscape is different now, so is how Womack Photography charges its clients. The use of a simple photo shoot rate system makes it easier for our clients to know precisely what they will be paying. No more hidden charges or finding out later that the photographer wants more money in order for the client to receive the photo shoot images.

What does Womack Photography charge for photo shoots?

Womack Photography simply charges by time, not by how many images the client wants to be printed or how many images they want to have edited.

**Womack Photography charges $200 per hour with a 2-hour minimum for ALL photo shoots**

To clarify, that doesn’t mean that the photo shoot has to last a total of 2 hours. If the photo shoot is 30 minutes, 1 hour, or an hour and a half, that is fine. The rate minimum would still be $400.

What images does the client get from their photo shoot and how do they receive the images?

The client will receive EVERY high-resolution image taken on the photo shoot, unedited, via a Flash Drive (which Womack Photography provides) or a Cloud Service (for which the client would provide credentials for their preferred service).

How does one get started booking a photo shoot with Womack Photography?

The first step is to contact Womack Photography to find out if we are already booked for the date(s) that the client wants to reserve a photo shoot. If Womack Photography is available for the client’s photoshoot date(s), it is recommended that the client books their photo shoot on the same day that they contact Womack Photography. Photo shoots are booked on a first-come, first-serve basis. Once a photo shoot date is agreed upon, the client can move on to the next step.

Please Note: The max photo shoot for one day is 11 hours. Womack Photography does NOT have a day rate.

The second step is for the client to provide a 50% deposit. This is a requirement to book all photo shoots. The 50% deposit should preferably take place no less than 2 weeks in advance of the shoot date. This is so that Womack Photography can fully refund the client’s 50% deposit, if necessary.

If the client cancels the photo shoot within 2 weeks of the shoot date, unfortunately, a refund of the client’s 50% deposit cannot be given, regardless of the reason for the cancelation. This is because Womack Photography would be unable to book another photo shoot within that 2-week period.

The third step takes place once the photo shoot is complete. Whether the client is receiving their images via Flash Drive or the Cloud, the balance is due before Womack Photography releases the images.

Womack Photography accepts credit cards via PayPal. PayPal is a very secure and reputable company. Whether the client is looking to pay their 50% deposit or pay the balance due, drop-down lists to choose the photo shoot and Buy Now buttons to purchase the photo shoot, have been provided below.

To book a photoshoot with Womack Photography, choose the type of photo shoot from the drop-down list, then click Buy Now. You’ll be taken to a page to enter your payment information.

Step 4 (if required): If your photo shoot is outside of Las Vegas, NV, travel expenses will need to be added to the photo shoot cost. This includes a round-trip airline ticket, hotel room if necessary, and a meal per diem of $65 per day.

You can enter the total travel expenses (Airline, Hotel, and Meal Per Diem) in the box below and click Buy Now. Since travel expenses can vary, there isn’t a drop-down list provided like in the previous steps.
